Shipping Information
At Carhart Clothing Shop, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
- Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
- Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, arriving within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS, arriving within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process. Please review our policy below:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- You must initiate the return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Note: Due to hygiene reasons, hats and gloves are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request. Use the template provided below.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the instructions.
- Wait for Confirmation: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Process
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Refund Timeframe: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchange Process
If you are exchanging an item, the new item will be shipped to you once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Carhart Clothing Shop.
