• Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, arriving within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS, arriving within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a hassle-free return and exchange process. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order. Proof of purchase is required.

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, hats and gloves are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
